This is what we mean by risk averse. Our Risk Aversion specialists identify and analyse risk ahead of contract and, where possible, will design pre-emptive solutions. Where this is not possible we will guarantee a Gross Maximum Price to cover all and any unforeseen cost-risk to the contract such as hidden site, design or construction problems.
